Composition

Each 20 drop dose is equivalent to 118 mg fresh Valerian and 94 mg fresh Hops. 62% alcohol is used to extract the maximum amount of active and supporting elements of the plants.

Dosage

Adults: Take 20 - 30 drops in a small amount of water 2 times a day. Before retiring put 20 - 30 drops in a small amount of water. Children (2-12) use 10 - 20 drops in some water and sweeten with honey if desired. Shake well before using. Each 50 ml bottle contains approximately a 41 day supply.

Interactions with other medicines, toxic effects of overdosage, contraindications are not known in humans and the duration of use is not restricted.
